Great record. Does anyone know if “Ue o muite aruko” is the correct title, because I’ve also found:
Ue wo muite arukou
Uewo muite arukou
上を向いて歩こう
Ue o muite arukoo
Ueo Muite Aruko
To see and hear how influential this record was, visit the following site for lots of cover versions;

As for the correct name, it only exists in Japanese. All of the things you listed are attempts to transliterate Japanese into English. All are correct, depending on which format you prefer. I prefer this format: Ue o muite arukou
